Yongtanit Pimonsathean                   

Yongtanit is an associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University. He has trained in several academic institutions, including Chulalongkorn University, the University of Tokyo, and the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS). Yongtanit is involved in several research projects concerning citizen-based conservation in urban areas in Thailand. He is a member of the International Council on Monuments and Sites, Thailand chapter, is a conservation advisor to the Crown Property Bureau and Phuket Municipality.
