Veeraporn Nitiprapha           

Born in 1963 in Bangkok, Veeraporn started writing poetry and short stories at the age of 17. When she was 25, Veeraporn took a break to pursue other interests, landing a job in the advertising industry and enjoying different roles from being a copywriter, art director, columnist, stylist and magazine editor. At the same time, she also designed jewelry and painted landscapes, as well as working as a coordinator for a UK-based music video production company. Thanks to her diverse interests and all-round cultural experience, 20 years later, Veeraporn made a stunning debut with A Blind Earthworm in a Labyrinth, which earned her critical acclaim and the 2015 SEAwrite award.
