Kong Rithdee

Kong, who graduated from Marketing at ABAC [Assumption University of Thailand], has written about films for over 20 years with the Bangkok Post and other publications, and is one of the most prominent writers on cinema in the region, having sat on many film juries. In recent years, he has also become an incisive political commentator.

In recent years, he has turned his hand to script-writing and directing, with works including Baby Arabia (2010), Maha samut lae susaan (2015) and Gaddafi (2014).

He is currently translating The Blind Earthworm in the Labyrinth by Veeraporn Nidhiprabha.
