Chef Mai Thitiwat  

Executive Chef Mai Thitiwat is passionate about food. He is also passionate about insects as food. Whether it is distributing complimentary insect hors d’oeuvres or taking a video crew on rural backroads in search of Thailand’s hidden and often surprising edible insect culture, Chef Mai is dedicated to spreading the edible bug love. 

Chef Mai has a wealth of experience and awards to his credit. In 2012 he was the Thailand Chef Talent competition runner-up. He has worked previously at Sirocco Le Bua, Michelin star restaurant chain D’Sens and celebrity chef, Todd English’s Mohgan Sun in the United States.
