Duangporn Songvisava, or Chef Bo, graduated in Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide and Le Cordon Bleu. She opened Bo.lan restaurant in 2009 with her partner, Dylan Jones, after perfecting her culinary skills working at David’s Thompson’s restaurant in London. Her innovative Thai cooking, based on sustainable practices differentiates her restaurant from others. Err, her latest restaurant, has a more relaxing vibe in the old town area of Ta Tien. She won Best Female Chef at the 50 Best Restaurants in Asia Award in 2013.
Duangporn will share her cooking skills in a Thai cooking demonstration.
